The majority of our food is homemade right here in our kitchen. Well, we don’t raise our own chickens and cattle or brew our own beer on site, but our goal is to bring you great, fresh food at a reasonable price. We don’t serve fast food; we serve great food as fast as we can. Some items take a little longer than others. If you ever have a comment about the quality of our food or service please let one of the owners know. Scott is the owner/manager who will be around the most. He’s the BIG dude! We appreciate any comment, good or bad, and will constantly strive to make things better. We appreciate your patronage and hope you have a great time at Poole’s Public House.

This is what we do with the leftovers from Sunday

marinated in Poole’s Scotch Ale then grilled
and drenched with our traditional homemade Scotch ale onion gravy. Served with mashed

peppers and served on a bed of fresh spinach
leaves. This should probably be in the salad
section, but Liza wouldn’t let me. It’s one of
